I was not logged in when I ordered. Where will my hands be sent?

You will be emailed a link to your hands using the email address associated with your payment method. Eg. If you pay with PayPal your PayPal email address will be used.

How do I import the hands?

There are three methods to import using PT2.

1) Auto-Import Method: The easiest way is to drop your new hands into the folder which your poker client saves your hands to when you play and then allow PT2 to import as normal. This method may not work for all sites.

2) Generic Import method: Select File -> Auto-Import Hand Histories...Choose Your Site -> Generic Setup. The drawback here is that you will be given no feedback while an import is taking place. An import of many hands may take many hours, so prepare to be patient.

3) Manual Import: Select File -> Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries. Then navigate to the directory with your new hands and select up to 30 files. You will receive feedback as the hands are imported but you can only select a limited number of files at a time.
